About me
My name is Adem, and I am a proud Kazakh that wants to help Kazakhstanis and Central Asians to get where I am and beyond. I was born and grew up in Almaty, and in 2019 I was very lucky to get accepted to National University of Singapore where I majored in Civil Engineering with minor in Computer Science. I have graduated with many accolades, including being named the top student in the cohort. After spending 4 years in Singapore, I have decided to further my studies and applying for MS/PhD programs in the US, and was accepted to Georgia Tech (PhD), Purdue (PhD), Carnegie Mellon University (MS), UC Berkeley (MS), UIUC (MS). Currently, I am studying Artificial Intelligence Engineering – Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University with 50% scholarship. After MS, I am planning to pursue PhD. My areas of interest include BIM, intelligent infrastructure, applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Engineering problems.
